Well, I have a USB headset and it works fine on Linux.. but I have to individually set it as default in each software and if i unplug it and try to listen to music (on normal speakers) just because the headset default on that software i get tons of errors.. besides that I can't understand with all the different sound engines (or whatever they are called)
Why can I do... because in windows I set it as default so when i plug it I listen to whatever (all applications will automatically work with it) and if i unplug it everything goes back to normal. Anything similar in Linux?

There is nothing you can do by informing readers that you have a problem. Just inform what kind of an error message you get. Come back and post the exact message you get so that a solution can be found.
