Hi i am completly new to linux (ive known about it for like 1 year) im now downloading puppy linux to install onto flash drive. any way Im a HUGE linux fan

It is a mode that saves your changes meaning if you save a new file the next time you boot that file will still be there. If you make a change that change will be there next time you boot.

Hmm running in persistent mode I think Consumes space.. But I am sure whatever will be good for him he would do that..
