Yup. Got some reading on The Design and Evolution of C++, GURPS Supers, and ZOT! I also did a fair bit of proof-reading of my wife's fan-fiction writing.

Fan-fiction is where you find a series of [books, movies, cartoons, anime, etc] that you like and creating stories using those characters/settings. Her stories are here and here.
