I've read the website but I can't figure out wtf this is... Is it an image viewer? From the screenshots that is what it seems like. Anyone used it?

You ever seen the Big Bang Theory? If so, you remember the episode where they have their computer hooked up/networked to turn the lights on and off, and people on the internet were manipulating them? (cool, eh? what nerds! LOL)

Okay, well, thats a bit extreme, but wikipedia description of LinuxMCE @ LinuxMCE - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia says that "LinuxMCE (Linux Media Center Edition) is a free and open source software platform designed to allow a computer to act as an home theater PC (HTPC), personal video recorder, and home automation system."

Does that sound like what you're looking at?

That sounds cool, sort of like Windows Media Center. What does that have to do with the power though? I thought that was X10 software/hardware.

Yeah, you're right. I was probably taking the "home automation system" line a bit too literally/seriously in the description. LOL When I read the description it reminded me of that scene in Big Bang Theory. (Love that show btw!)
