I get these errors when I try to execute a script that mails the contents:

find: /proc/27428/task: No such file or directory
unable to open lastlog-file lastlog

Here is the script:

cat file | mail -s "File Contents" my@email.com

Any ideas?

It just means that your lastlog file is missing. Do

# touch /var/log/lastlog

as root and it should fix the problem.

You might want to check into how your lastlog got removed though.
