When it comes to top of the line tutorials, what are considered the absolute "must have" aspects to be found in the tutorial?

I like easy to follow tutorials. Tutorials that bold/highlight the category headings. Steps are good like 1st do this, 2nd do that, etc.

Easy to follow, normal terms, things that even a newbie like me can understand, a step-by-step structure and, also, detailed usually done mistakes, so that if you do something wrong, you'll know how to undo it and why you did it in the first place.
