I've been thinking about going for my Linux+ just to have on my resume. I found some good books and I also found a good video collection (or seems good) but before I waste $199 on it I wanted to hear reviews first. Has anyone tried the CBT Nuggest: Linux+ Series here? What video format are the in and most importantly, will that video format work in Linux :)

Seem to be just simple AVI files. Any media player can play these :)
