Is it possible to label a Linux Swap Partition? I can't find anything that allows me to do so.

Yes, it is possible to label a Linux Swap Partition. You do it when creating/formatting it.
-L label Specify a label, to allow swapon by label. (Only for new style swap areas.)
mkswap -L <labelname>
-L label Specify a label, to allow swapon by label. (Only for new style swap areas.)
