[FONT="]Hi pals, recently I have installed Linux Mandrake version in my computer. Since then, my machine is taking huge amount of time to boot. As per my machine configurations, I have 512 MB of DDR2 ram installed. So simply, I can't understand where the problem is. Any advice regarding it will be fine.

What services do you have running at boot? It could be that you have to much running for 512mb of ram.

Can you attach your log file? (/var/log/messages)
