As I said in my intro I saved a partition for Linux. I've been reading a lot about it and want to start using it mostly just for support reasons. It seems like a great job path as well.

There are tons of Linux versions out there it seems. Which one do you guys recommend that I install? I see a lot of people using Redhat so is that a good home used one?

It is a matter of preference really. I like SuSe, you could try that one but give several of them a try and see what you like best.

Well I installed Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Xubuntu and OpenSuse, and I like OpenSuse best.. of course it is up to you, and besides that I never tried RedHat, so it might be better.
