What does the sticky chmod value do and what is it used for? Someone told me that once you are root if you use this you could always execute as root. Is that true?

I've heard of this "sticky bit" one of my colleagues was talking about it. I'm interested in knowing what it is as well.

I figured out what it means sort of. It means that your privileges can never be removed...
