Anyone have any tutorials? I download an eBook of "Java for Dummies", and a few other books like that. They are all out of date. I need something that is up to date and easy to understand.

Well, 'Java for dummies out-dated'?
I wouldn't say that, you will learn the basics of java and get a grip of how programming works and would work under certain criteria.

However if you need some 'updated' about java, try to visit these sites...
The Java™ Tutorials
JeLSIM - Java eLearning and Simulation
Online Java eLearning Training Certification Training
Java Script - Javascript Tutorial - Java Programming Training

I would certainly stick to the dummies for a while before catching up with online e-learning or tutorials :)

Look for Java, Java, Java: Object Oriented Problem Solving. It's a very nice read and was one of the only books to keep my attention.
