Hello everyone, I'm a 16 years old vb programmer. I have programmed for real since 8 months ago (did some modding before). Even though I've only programmed for 8 months i'm not even close to be a beginner. I have learned vb really fast even compared to myself and it's extremely fun. My biggest program (the one I worked the longest time, the one with most features and the one with most code) is a Calculator. Sounds a little bit boring and nothing which is a big program, but it isn't a real calculator. Well it works like a calculator but it also got secret thing in it. Like Tower Defense, Tetris, A music player, the ability to take screen shots, some more mini games and so on. It's really fun to make it since I just can add more and more stuff to it, I'm currently adding some sort of RPG game to it after one of my classmates though I should add it. I'm programming every day and I got very much time to do it on since I have very easy to learn, never need to do my homework, and before a test I'm the person who have studied the shortest time even though i get the best result. I have always been good at math and I think it's because of that I have so easy and thinks it's so fun with programming. I also know some HTML and CSS which i have used for my website where I put my work on, If you want to check it out, feel free to visit vsweprograms dot webs dot com. I think the best thing about being a programmer is that you understands so much more about other programs even though they isn't made with the same language. Another good thing is that if you want some sort of program, you can just make it yourself. For the last thing is not necessary to know a programing language to get your own programs, my classmates are a proof for that since they only ask me to do them for them :)
That was a little bit about me, oh one last thing, How to get these lovely reputation point :) And since i'm a programmer I'm also wondering: What is the calculation for the points?
Remember the best excuse for a programmer is: "I'm not slacking of, my codes compiling" quote from xkdc dot com - comic #303
Take Care :D
Wait one last thing; Where's the best place to just post? need to post 10 times before I can add Url's. You can see that in this post.
Now I think I got it all, This was my small introduction.

Welcome to CodeCall! Excellent introduction. You can get rep points by posting tutorials or helping other members. Once you get enough you'll reach GuRu and get a free t-shirt.

Free T-shirt, that's awesome. Does a tutorial about starting your computer counts? :P

Welcome aboard! A tutorial on doing something non-trivial in VB would be more helpful, and more likely to get you +rep :)
