Ok so I have 8 weeks left of school and thus am only eligable for the huge discounts at journeyEd.com for 8 more weeks

I want to get the adobe CS4 Master collection for $999 that is a savings of $1521 and I also want Corel Painter 11 which would be $50 with a purchase of any CS4 product that is a savings of $349. My dad does not wan't me to get any of it but I have always wanted to get the cs4 master collection (i have CS2 web standard edition, and the macramedia professional 8 suite). I could get the CS4 web standard edition for $349 but I really want Premier, aftereffects, inDesign and encoure with it.

I can't make up my mind because it is a lot of money but the savings are huge and like i said I have wanted it for a while now. So should i get it? Arguments for eaither side of it?

I am wondering, are you a student or so?
Couldn't it be possible for you to get it cheaper for studies?
I mean here in sweden we have student discounts on software, we can get WinVista and Office suit for 80% cheaper than normal price. So in the end we get it really cheap.
Plus last time I check, CS4 Master collection cost here in sweden with the student discount.

that is with a discount I would be paying $999 for software that cost $2520 that is a large discount. I am only eligable for the discount for 8 more weeks.

- Videos explaining how to master the program. Video tutorials showing you how to do everything possible with Meya 8.5 and Meya 3ds Max

For $600 this is a great savings. Now, these programs that we have are extremely useful we can make almost anything we need to and they are very fun programs to mess around with. If you ever deside to make money with them or do anything with them its always there with the videos to show you how to do the things you want. If you don't choose to make money but to mess around you should check out the youtube videos with people showing there little animations and such. They are very amazing programs to have.

And I am very glad we have them:)

Nobody can master them all however - and youll know before you start that designing is designing - if you cant design just stick to code which is free =)

I did enjoy some of that software at work but of course that was company software I would probably never buy it for personal use and I only code for freelance not design so I wouldnt really need any of that.

I think I would like: Photoshop and Flash - I already have both of those. The others are design ones and I cant design lol

lol, no thank you Math. I am feeling really guilty about my pirated software. I only have the CS2 and proffesional 8 suites left that are not legit. I am trying to complytly wipe out any software that I got that is not leagle. Well actualy I guess they are leagle copies but I am using the my old high schools key and I should have deleted the software a few years ago. I am going to delete the software no matter what here soon but I use the software so often I don't like the thought of not having it.
