Anyone know of any freeware or shareware of a binary fixed floating point calculator.

I need to be able to convert things like 5907.25 into a 32 -bit floating point number with 'x' bits for the exponent and 'x' bits for the mantissa.

By the way i also need a calculator that when two binary numbers are added or subtracted, the calculator will tell you the carry, sign and zero flag bits.
