Codegear C++ Builder 2007 without VCL?

Hi. I have just installed Codegear C++ Builder 2007. And
1. Didn't find VCL components (Button, Memo etc). What option should I check to make VCL components visible?
2. Debug occurs in CPU mode. When I push "F7", assembler code appears in CPU mode. What option should I check to make

debugging mode in programm lines?

I don't know that we have any people using C++ Builder.
