I've installed java with the netbeans bundle on a laptop.
I can usually just open a file in jcreator or devC++ and compile without creating a project.
I am unable to do this with netbeans. When i open a file the option to compile is grayed out. I've been trying to find a way on google but they all seem to focus on creating a project first. I just want to be able to compile java files off my flash without creating a project. I'm hoping someone here uses netbeans.

Command line...that has a 'katish' feeling. I sure there's a way..still working on it...
