Hi, this is my first post in this forum. First of all, sorry for my bad english. My native language is spanish but i know some english.
Well... i started with programming 1 year ago with a PHP cheap course. Html, CSS, JS, SQL and Apache. But all very basic. In one month i will start and advanced PHP 5 course with OOP, Pattern designs, Ajax, Smarty, etc; so i will learn to build complete advanced website and little apps i think.

But, im looking forward and want to start studying something "new". I readed a lot about new Prog. Languages and technologies but i don´t know which I choose.
Here are my options:

-Python 3 with Django.
-Flex, AS 3.0 and AIR.
-C++
-Genexus.
-and of Course Java and J2EE

Which "solution" is the best? Or better, which "solution" is the best paid and needed in the IT market?

Thanks in advance!!! and again, sorry for my english.

I would say go with Java and J2EE... these are the most needed language in IT market and it has lot of opportunities to build your career.

I can't help much with which tend to pay the highest but I will say: Python with Django is a lot of fun. I built my own website in that using Google AppEngine. I haven't really done much in other languages which makes my opinion less useful than others' but I have heard from quite a few others that they prefer Python for web development over many other tools.

It depends, do some research, there is the "Microsoft" world (C++,etc). There is the "Unix" World (Java,etc)

Java, C++, and C are all used heavily. If you are interested in the MS world I would look at C#/VB.NET, even though the three I mentioned work quite well there.

I would recommend C++ if you are in the market for something new.
