Lol, really sad for you Nick, I had my own account hijacked by a backdoor idiot. I found out who and where this person was however I live in Sweden, and this person was located in Poland....
However I got my account back :>
You need to send a report of event and give the cd-key, old emails and password also where you bought. 100% you will get it back then.
Funniest thing was, I received the backdoor through my friend within my Dropbox :<
Apparently my friend had viruses on his computer, I can only say this was not funny anyways :>
