c++ would always be this
C++ Language Tutorial

for starter
but if you really want to get handy with it, i suggest you to get a book like "How to program C++ by Deitel & Deitel"
The reason is that book that this one would give you questions, assignment and gets more in depth
another book is C++ An Introduction To Computing (great one, for learning the basics computing concept, but not good for C++)

actually there are tonks of sites providing great C++ tutorials beside the one I gave you.
You should also check our c++ forum here
C and C++ - CodeCall Programming Forum

The sticky threads, you should look into them
any question just post up in C and C++ - CodeCall Programming Forum we will help you out as much as we could (i am a newbie, but i think that's what everyone would recommend)

There are some other great books other "experts" have use. The one I recommended was used by high school courses. So the writing of the book is good for beginners and classes.
When you are pretty much done with the online tutorial I give you, maybe look over public library,or school library, or book store, find whichever you think you like it.

And keep practicing basics is very important, don't skip just because it's easy.
Keep changing certain things, code in a different ways, then you will enjoy c++ more !

I would trust jwixie's resources for C++, but since I have limited knowledge of it I can't help you with it. But as Orjan and Xav mentioned, W3Schools is the best reference for web designing/developing. It's not just HTML, it's XHTML, CSS, JS, PHP, ASP, XML and many more! The list goes on and on.

I recommend going there. What languages do you know at the moment?
jQuery Selectors Tutorial - jQuery Striped Table tutorial - jQuery Events - jQuery Validation

Sorry if I don't post as often as I did, I'll try to get here as much as possible! I'm working my bum off to get this scholarship and other stuff!
