Hmmm i seriously think this is a great forum. I was laughing like my baby cousin last night, reading the 300TH CONTEST thread.

the deabte was awesome. :]

anyway. So my name is John. I am chinese, I came from HK and I moved to New York when I was 12 (that was 2003). - oh yeah hahaha, great background, knowing 4 different languages (canto, mando, english, japanese)

I had been in US for 6 years and I got used to the living here.
I finally settled down myself with computer science. I learned about open source back in 2005 with phpBB forum. Great product.

I am going to city college of new york soon, aiming for computer science major, most likely. Great school, with great engineering and science program there.

I am learning C++ on my own, with many helps from codecall forum. I am not a smart person, I am pretty dumb. But I think my strength is to teach people and to help people out. I like to share my experiences and knowledge with others, that's why I like helping out the open source community.

I was the founder of my school robotics team for the FIRST Robotics Competition. Disgracefully, something happened to me and I resigned from my position. I know they are doing very well and ready for the competition.

So yeah, I wish I can be start my college project, running a project that will eventually turns into a business. I hope this will come true. Otherwise, I think I will go ahead and send my resume (4 years later) to Google.

xDDDDD

Xav actually received $68.675 from the contest and because I accepted his avatar bid in the freelance section which was worth $15 but he Jewd me up to $18.675.

He wanted $25 but I refused to pay it. In the end, my negotiation skills are better (He came down $7, I only went up $3.675).
