Indeed, we don't want CC to be link-associated with websites with COLOR1 = COLOR2 type colour schemes.

Give me credit, I didn't go with a logo that got 0 votes, or didn't even get voted on lol.

I put both logos on the template then with 3 friends here went back and forth between the 2, which made the final decision.

Here is a screen shot of the progress: Posted Image

Sort of on topic:
Any suggestions for "A Guide to every Administrator's Needs" ? I really don't like that but can't figure out anything better :P

I'm glad someone in this forum has good taste in picking out logo's.

Update: I found a much better phrase, "the complete guide to computer administration".

Here is the last screenshot prior to the release of the site late this week :)

Yes, it looks really good, but I wouldn't have written the slogan in all uppercase. It makes the right part of the header feel heavier than the left part, which is really light, maybe somewhat because of the mirror effect.

Interesting comment, Orjan. I am going to have to reconsider that and perhaps modify it a bit in the upcoming couple of weeks.

As for the site, I have a live copy up at AdminReference.com :: Home now, however I'm now focusing on giving phpbb the theme of the website.

I'm open to any comments, although they may not exactly pertain to this thread.

Some day I might actually need it on my mobile phone, but that is a long way off :P

Right now I want it to look nice in a browser :) And with that, I've added many much needed improvements in the code. Turns out that 1 line of my css was invalid :P IE7 sucks and I had to work around a few display errors to make it look decent :/
