I work for a very small company, and we need some work done for a specific function to our website. I have enough hats to wear as it is, so I'm searching for help. I have no idea what languages this would need to be programmed in. I can tell you we use Dreamweaver and Flash for our website. I'm posting this under the database section, becuase I know at least part of this will be database related. I'm hoping others will be able to let me know what language would be needed for my requests. I would have posted this in the Freelance thread...but again...I have no idea what language(s) are needed- so moderators if it needs to be moved- please do so.

Request #1: I would like an email address entry box to capture that data for contact management use and then provide access to the whitepaper download.

Request #2: A page created that has 5-6 questions on that page. Questions that would have yes/no answers or selecting from a short group of answers. With the proper sequence of answers collect an instant quote would be present to the user with name, phone number, email address, company name, and secure image entry to obtain the instant quote. There would be the possibility of 3 different instant quotes depending on the answers given. If no instant quote could be given, then I would still want the contact info captured, but the user would be redirected to a page (we can create this page). Again the contact data would need to be captured for our contact management use.

the form pages is easily created in html/dreamweaver, then use php or other similar server side script language to catch the input and store int in the database.

I believe that if you put an offer on the freelance section, you can have the scripts rather quickly done for you.
