Brand New to Working With Quartus II Software. Wrote the code, compiled it, ran the simulator and am now working on my wave forms. Question is, how do I set it so that the waves are either 1(high) or 0(low) in intervals of 30 nanoseconds. I have version 8.something. I cannot seem to find anything that will let me change this.
