I've never been a fan of free hosting lol. Go 3ix if you need super cheap hosting, I've had 2 accounts with them for 4 years without a problem, 12 bucks a year. If you want something more, go amphosted.

Yeah.. I use that for my blog network I'm making using .co.cc domains.. because amphosted does not accept them (idk why)
Anyways... for a free host it's ok, although the SQL server is down sometimes...

I have account on there. As far as know , they give a limitation to file amount.

Yes, file size limit per file.
For example you upload file images.jpeg it is not allowed the file size more than xx MB :)

As I said, it's 5MB... Well, even paid hosts sometimes do have this limit to limit warez...

Actually, that's if you use THEIR ftp uploader. It worked fine using Filezilla. They put limits because if thy need more free space, they would delete the files over 5 MB. Of course, that NEVER happened. If you paid, maybe the limits will be erased or something.
