and to specify the directory in which it would be saved. If someone would just help me out, it would be great:)

I could also paste the code I already have for this program. I have been asked to make a paint program, it needs to have the option to save and open pictures. I have got the common dialog controls for the save and open functions to open, but they don't do what I want them to do, they just open but don't do anything specific. Any help?
