I am not sure if this will help you, but when I tried this code I was having the same errors and it was because of the quotes. I went back over every single one, changing ` to ' and it worked. Good luck.

Do you have MySQL up and running and do you know how to enter commands in to it?

There are a few ways to set up the database and table.

Most websites or offline servers have a program called PHPMyAdmin where you can create tables or enter MySQL codes to set them up for you.

You can also connect to the database through PHP and use mysql_query() to create the database.

What are you having trouble with?

All new problems require investigation, and so if errors are problems, try to learn as much as you can and report back.
