For Christmas yesterday I got a Wii, and today bought the web browser and was wondering if you could make homebrew for it. The internet browser supports Flash fully so I recommend it. Also, if anyone has WiFi and a Wii post your friend/ wii code thingy. :P

Umm, no, there already is a web browser for Wii. I'm just talking about homebrew in general.

Xbox 360 have started filing law suits against people who "hack" into their consoles and run their own programs, in particular Xbox Live. I wouldn't really recommend it.
That said, you can safely use the XNA Framework to write games for Xbox 360, although I am not aware of a Wii equivalent.
