I'm using vb.net 2005. I want the user to choose the pic from a file list box and then this pic shoud be saved in access database.. how can I do this?

Since the access db size limit is 2gb, pictures are often not saved in the db so much as linked to from outside. Having the pic in the same directory and pointed to is the common method.
