Visual C# 2008 Express Edition setup?

One of my friend doesnt have a fast internet connection so its useless for him to download the 1.2mb file from microsoft and then install that from the internet , is there any way to get the whole setup which does not requries to install from the internet?

You will have to create a data CD for him. However, when I try to go to the link it takes me to the C# express download page. It looks like it has been moved, perhaps someone else knows where?

What do you mean moved? Isn't the C# express download page what you want?

No, he wants the full download, not the 4mb web installer file found on the express download page.
