Well, Portugal is a nice place, very nice food, nice beaches and good schools, about the rest, hmm... here the salaries aren't very good, many people here don't have much money and also this country don't make many investiments on most of science areas, so many scientists leave this country and go to better one's. But is a well developed country if we talk about informatics, and there's plenty of jobs in programming area.

I tried many, i have started since i was a kid but in that time i almost didn't pay any attention to programming, i have really started then i was almost 18 years. The languages i know well are C, C++, C#, Visual Basic and Python. I have also tried Pascal long time ago. I also know other web development languages like HTML and CSS. And i also have an averange experience in building Databases.

Hard question, i really like C and C++, also C# too, between them i think i like most C++ but i also really like the old programming filosofy (procedual languages). I'm currently starting ASM and i also like it very much, it's challenging and requires atention of the programmer.
