Does this ever happen to anyone? When i start up my VB 2008 Express Edition my comp shuts down! If anyone could help me with this at all, that would be great.

WTF? I have to say that is weird. Maybe you've got a corrupt installation of .NET or something?

I've never seen that error before. It sounds like it is causing your computer to blue screen but you have your settings to "reboot". What OS are you running?
