I am looking for a PHP/MySQL programmer to work on a medium-large project. The project will include social functions such as adding other users to a list, commenting and will also include functions that allow users to create a page and submit it to a searchable database.
I am a web designer and internet marketer, so I am looking for a skilled programmer to handle the functionality of the website. I'm excited and believe in this project that it could really take off and become a daily visited site/tool for users.
If I find the right person I may be open to partnering up and having some type of revenue share agreement. That way we both profit when it takes off and we can keep building to take it even further.
If you're interested send me a PM here with MSN, AIM or Skype contact so we can discuss more on the project.

hi
actually i was looking for php/html and MySQL programmer for our organization peoject.so i decided to put my project on elance or any other freelancers sites.
But thankfully one of mine friend advice me not do this. He told me that
“The biggest problem on Elance,is dummy projects. Some buyers post projects simply to get an idea of the cost or to try to find free work.” So, it's my experience and then i shifted to hire employees employees from marketraise corp, and i am satisfied with there performances. So, best of luck........

Yeah, I've experienced the same problems with elance and the other freelance posting sites. Plus I am trying to find someone more local - either one on one or a small group so I can continue working with them easily once we achieve success. I don't want to keep finding someone new if I don't have to because they disappear or whatever happens to them.
