Hi, folks.
I just joined and have been making my way through the forums from top to bottom (that's why I have made a few posts before making this introduction).
I do most of my programming in C and Javascript, know some FORTRAN, and have done a tiny bit of programming in Java and PHP.
I participate in a few other forums and consider myself pretty informed about what is on the Internet, but I was surprised to come across this site; I hadn't heard about it until very recently. In fact, I am surprised some of the codecall forums don't even mention some of the other sites as resources (for example, in the C/C++ forums I could mention MANY sites that are excellent, yet they are not even listed as resources. Perhaps they might be considered competition, since they also have forums?!?!)
In any case, codecall seems to have enough members to provide a wide variety of questions, and to keep the discussions going. Hopefully, I will be able to contribute in a positive way.

Hey Richard, welcome to CodeCall. We currently don't have a resource listing, however, we do link to many tools (and some information sources) in our community downloads section: Community
We also try to support software developers and link to thousands of sites in our shareware site: CodeCall Software/Shareware
Perhaps with your help we could make a page for resources in our Wiki. The wiki is still underdeveloped and needs a lot of work/entries. I'd like to hear your ideas, feel free to PM them to me or post them in the forum support section (or email or IM me). Anyway, Glad to have you here at CC, if you need anything just ask!
