Please tell me how to initialize a vector of massifs of pointers to vectors of integers(each massif w/ 50 elements) (vector/int[50]/ point vector<int>)

Massif:
1. A principal mountain mass.
2. A block of the earth's crust bounded by faults or flexures and displaced as a unit without internal change; normally consists of gneisses and schists.

What do you mean, massif?
