Hi, i am a computer science student from PR. I will graduate in may 2009. I am searching for masters in this field. I love to make code, especially Web-Pages. I can deal with math but hate it.

What masters do you recommend me ? Here in PR in the Polytechnic university, they offer masters in Data mining. There are job opportunities for that field? Is math important in that M.S. ??

Thanks in advance.

The first thing I would do is look at the prerequisites for the various courses involved. Data Mining is likely to have some statistical analysis.
Programming is a branch of mathematics.

I can only speak in detail about the number of math courses needed for an MS in math... but that wouldn't help you much :)
