Yea sure dude!
You can interact with different classes by having them in the same folder. And you can interact by typing the class name and then the method you want to call... one class between the two you are using (can be more than two) has to have a main though which starts the program.

For example:
my class TicTacToe interacts with CPU by using this code:
CPU."method name"(); [you can also pass parameters]


For the .jar file you should just download it and then try to open it.. windows should be able to open it up.
