Please tell how can I convert avi to flv using PHP.

PHP cannot do it alone. You need to install a conversion software on the server and use php to run that software.

I Dont think thats possible to convert avi to flm whith only using PHP.. :S

You have to call a software based program to do it. PHP can call it and return the success but php alone cannot.

You can't do it in PHP alone, however you can do with a 3rd party application.
