The R programming language, sometimes described as GNU S, is a programming language and software environment for statistical computing and graphics.R is considered by its developers to be an implementation of the S programming language.
its supposed to be easier than C or C++. but i cant for the life of me, figure out how to get about it

Its for a civil engineering statistics course I have,
but we are supposed to have prior knowledge of programming for it..ugh
