HI.
Guys I really want to know what every one thinks.
Because the old people like parents keep saying money don't make any one happy. I SAY how the hell!! If you own a big house, you can do what ever you want, eat what ever you like without thinking on the bill, Can have fun in any place, Have holiday in very nice place and you sleep well because you don't think how you will spent the rest of the month without money. etc... How this don't make me happy?!
Please guys tell me with the logic! If you think money don't make you happy! Tell me a logic reason.

First observation: being an adult with a job does NOT mean I have enough money to not be concerned with what I spend. The reality is that it is very easy to purchase products using credit, and then be in financial stress when the bills come in.
That said: no, money does not make me happy. I knew a guy who had far more money than me, and his wife was divorcing him. He was far LESS happy than me. I also know programmers who make quite a bit more money than me, but are facing the potential to be laid off when their company is bought by a larger company, or who have mandatory (unpaid) overtime every week. I'd rather have time to enjoy the money I do make than more money and less time to enjoy it.
One of the things you can do is look at hobbies, and look at how much they cost. Some people like to cook: that actually SAVES money. Some people like to play video games: you can get games for free on the internet, or buy a good game and have it last for a month. Some people do woodworking (you can sell what you make), some people pay role-playing games (buy a few books and dice to be entertained for years), and some people walk in the park (good exercise for free). These are what money can't buy.

I agree with Winged. Most wealthy people that I know are not happy at all and the poor people I know are often appreciative of what they have, closer with their family (they struggled together and created an unbreakable bond), and are generally content with the things they have. How do you buy happiness anyway? Eating good or vacating in nice places is not happiness.
My friend at work (Johnnyboy on here) always says "Happiness is a choice" although I don't agree, it fits in nicely here.

I want to be rich. Whenever I have a lot of money and I can do whatever the hell I want to, I'm happy.

It's human nature to never be satisfied with what you have. That said, since I am not rich, money does make me happy.

If I had a whole lot of money...I'd say sure, I'd be happy.
Not because I own nice things though, cause I wouldn't.
I would invest in a decent little house, 2 or so bedrooms as I don't plan on having kids (I know, I know - "You can't say that because you're not old enough" :P)
Get a nice used car, somewhere around 3-4k.
Buy a couple old nostalgic video games to add to my current library.
Throw some into education, then throw the rest into a couple CD's and wait my life out.
The only real area that I would become "happy" from having money is just that I would be able to get my education. Which I currently can not due to financial issues... :|
