Yeah, but are there advantages of the OO one over a printer driver?

OO can allow you to set permissions, etc, on the document, not simply produce a pdf output.

OO can allow you to set permissions, etc, on the document, not simply produce a pdf output.


If you have Acrobat Professional, you can also set permissions at print time by clicking on properties (at least in windows).

I think the advantage of OO is that its free and it works really well. I've had problems with Adobe :P
