Hi I am doing B.E. Computer. We are to build project in final year. Can any one suggest some unique project topics which can be done in .NET technology and can be completed in 2-3 months. please help.

How about a super-charged RSS Reader that manages feeds?

A hotel management system, with staff shifts, check-ins, etc.

An application that manages, stores and prints recipes?

Can you give me detail about a super-charged RSS Reader that manages feeds. Also would you like to suggest more project topics that are not implemented. So I'll have more choices.

For the RSS thingy, you can add and group lists of RSS channels. They are displayed in the main window, with image thumbnails downloaded from the internet and so on. Export/importing, treeview navigation, it has the potential to be very complex.

First thing, ".NET technology" really doesn't impact what you can do. Most any ideas offered will apply as well to "Java technology", "PHP technology", etc.

That said, what kind of program would you like to see? Is there a tool you wish you had, but can't seem to find? The real question is, are you aware of something you could create that can be done in the time-frame. I don't suggest trying to do MS Office 2009, though it's not likely to be much worse than Office 2007 was :)

iam also facing the same situation like gamiR, but i ended u doing a vertual reality marketing system....which is nearly impossiblefor someone like me:D
--you should take alook on VR its really promising field nowadays
