What is the difference between them? Which one is more powerful? Can Java create the same stuff as C# like server emulator?

I know, that's why I said it. :)
I've personally never programmed Java, only C#, so I can't really comment on Java. However, I know the syntax is similar, and you could always try J# if you want to bring Java up to managed code with .NET.

I know it has not real programming value, but it's hard to find a good developer IDE for Java on Windows. Meanwhile C# has Visual Studio which is pretty nice, especially with Intellisense
