After being a member of Codecall for some odd months, one thing I would like to see is a more visible sourcecode section in which the members of Codecall can post the finished projects that they have been working on.

Comments?

It's a good ıdea. However, we already have a sort of sectıon for thıs, ın the way of the Tutorıals, Classes and Code forum. You can post code there.

Yeah but a lot of people are just posting what should be source code in the tutorial section because they want the +rep.

I agree, I think we need a separate section for code posting. I'll post a moderator vote now. Thanks for the idea, +rep.

The vote was passed in the mod section. I'd like to give you the first opportunity to tell us how you think they should be separated. For instance:

1) Parent Forum in the "Software Development Section"
A) Sub Forum C++
B) Sub Forum C#
C) Sub Forum PHP

etc.

Well the source code section should be strictly for finished sources, not questions, unfinished stuff, etc. So I mean we could just have one source code section for all languages, and then just require people to put the language that they coded it in somewhere in the title.

I agree with the other comments but the one section seems a bit messy. What if a person only wanted to view a certain language, like Assemby, but there were 300 pages of source code to sort out?

That's true, but then again how much source code are you really going to get in certain languages? Some of the sub-forums would be almost empty IMO.

This is also true. Perhaps we should start with one and add more as we see a lot of code being posted for a particular language.

True, but for example ASM, C/C++ we can make a section 'Low-Level Programming'
