I havent seen (or not looking in the right spot) where I can get thoughts, or views on payment providers for some apps that I have currently.. want to be able to use CC processing (a must) Does anyone have any thoughts, experience that they could pass on? I am just getting started with the whole "selling my apps" gig, so I thought I would do research and see what some other people could tell me about their experiences.. thx!
Card processing question

I like RegNow.com. They have a nice web interface that allows your customers to pay and instantly generates them a code. You provide the algorithm for the key code (in C, C++, or several other languages). They also have a very nice affiliate program setup that is easy to implement (affiliate meaning other people sell your software). Have you looked at them?

For all my e-commerce needs I use paypal. Paypal accepts all the major credit cards and already has carts and solutions and all you need for your business.

Does paypal allow you to sell software though? About 10 years ago I sold a "non-tangible" product through paypal and the canceled the order. I'm sure it has changed now since you can pay someone for "non-tangible" services but you may want to check before using them.
