Was that a high school course?

I didn't learn anything about HTML until grade 9. However I have no interest in learning anymore HTML. I like learning stuff that does stuff. IMO HTML doesn't do anything.

Quanta is a free editor for Linux. It's main purpose is as an html editor but many people use it for php and other tasks. I'd post the link for you but I don't have enough posts yet to post links in the forums. Just search google for Quanta. Should be the first result.

I start when i was 14, which was 2008.

i mainly learned at w3schools.com but, when learning html, i learn css also, so most of the time when i make sites there all tableless...tbh im not even good at laying my site out in tables lol, but i seem to be good at laying them out using css... anyway, at the same time i think you should download "css templates" and look at the source code, see how they work and stuff, its realy good practice...

Oh and btw, i think you realy should use dreamweaver,it realy helps, dont use notepad (Ewwwww, bad old days)...

I started with HTML in 98 on notepad. I learned from my dad and a few internet resources. My first site was with geocities. And to all of you who are poo-pooing dreamweaver, I use it every so often when I've got a big thing to work on that used multiple sources and such it takes skill and understanding of what you're doing to use it properly and if you DO know what you're doing it streamlines things so you can get more done.
