Whether PC or console, which game have you spent more time playing with friends than any other? Include MMO's if you want, though I'm looking more for match-based games.
For me, probably Goldeneye for N64. My friends and I played it to death in high school. Every day after class. Great fun.

A spammer's worst nightmare
I had a LAN party a while ago, and found that OutGun was the most popular game, even though it has very minimal graphics.

Oh for lan parties, and not just parties, we had ~30+ people playing Starcraft and some playing Counter Strike.
