Your not 'back to normal' in 7 years. The saying is 7 for every 1 FYI. And that doesn't account for the loads of damage its done to your other organs. Not to mention those brain cells you killed.

My aunts a nurse and she said for my rate it'll be 7 years (btw thats the inspiring factor to quit!)
