I mean, that if someone, before buying hosting etc.. needs to do some experiments with this free host to learn PHP etc.. this might be a good host.

Oh, I see. But if you wanted to learn PHP, just install a local server.

Well.. I am learning PHP... I don't like having open ports etc on my PC.. so, I stick with TP... and execute everything from there.

Nothing in life is free. :) But still, if you're bothering to host something, you might as well get something decent.
