Not completely, I'm still learning PHP and I am beginning to dabble with visual basic so I can make a PHP editor that suits my needs.

I tried VB6 but every time I try to compile a program it errors out on me then closes. SO now I got Visual Studio 2008 and been trying to get me feet wet in that.
